The Seven Chakras
The chakras are like gentle doorways of energy within us, each one opening to a different shade of life. From the deep roots of the earth to the wide openness of the sky, they remind us that we are whole, connected, and alive. When we bring our attention to these centers, we begin to feel more balance, clarity, and flow in our body and spirit. The chakras are like wheels, tuning us into the natural rhythm of nature. There can be many things said about chakras but feeling them and reveling in the goodness is the best part.
1. The Root-Chakra. Elements: Earth & Mountain
I feel strong and steady.
The ground supports me fully.
My body is solid and calm.
Every step is secure.
I belong here.
2. The Sacral-Chakra. Elements: Water & Tide
Energy moves freely in me.
I feel open, creative, and alive.
My body flows with ease.
I welcome pleasure and joy.
Life moves through me.
3. The Solar Plexus-Chakra. Elements: Sun & Radianc
There is power in my center.
I act with clarity and confidence.
My energy is warm and focused.
I trust myself completely.
I shine from within.
4. The Heart-Chakra. Elements: Forest & Ai
My heart is open and free.
Love flows in and out naturally.
I feel safe to care and to be cared for.
Compassion grows inside me.
I live with kindness.
5. The Throat-Chakra. Elements: Sky, Wind & Song
My voice is clear and true.
I express myself with ease.
Words come out honest and calm.
I listen and I speak with respect.
Communication feels natural.
6. The Third Eye-Chakra. Elements: Night & Insight
I trust my inner vision.
Clarity rises in me like light.
I see beyond what is obvious.
My mind is calm and aware.
Intuition guides me.
7. The Crown-Chakra. Elements: Light & Ether
I feel open to something greater.
Light flows through me.
I am connected and complete.
Peace surrounds me.
I rest in wholeness.
I simply invite you to notice, to breathe, to soften into presence and the energy of these energy-wheels. The chakras are not separate pieces, but a living flow and rhythm, guiding us back to alignment and ease. Each center whispers its own wisdom, yet together they remind us of one truth: we are whole, we are connected, and all is flowing as it should.
