A somatic remembering of being deeply supported and free
There is space.
Space in my chest, wide, clear and open.
My ribs expand with ease, like they trust the air to always be there.
Breath flows in, breath flows out.
There is time. There is room.
Money flows just like this, constant, effortless, natural.
My shoulders soften.
Pressure dissolves.
There is nothing to hold up.
Steady, silent and strong support is all around me.
Resources arrive before I even ask.
My body knows this. My shoulders feel it and just relax.
My heart pulses with peace.
Each beat affirms: “There is more than enough. You are deeply provided for.”
It’s a gentle and assured rhythm.
Abundance breathes with me; infinitely in and out.
My belly glows with warmth.
It feels deeply grounded in and firmly connected with a stable, rich foundation.
The earth beneath me is generous.
Money rises like energy from below, reliable, warm and soothing.
Every cell in my center receives this.
A golden heat hums low in my core.
It vibrates safety, strength, and certainty.
This is the knowing that I am held.
Wealth lives inside me now and always.
I feel it like a marvellous quiet power.
My back is upright and relaxed.
It carries only stories of wonder and awe.
Only the memory of being carried.
Carried by life and by a current of endless supply.
I move with clarity. I rest with trust.
My hands feel calm and alive.
They open with ease, ready to receive and give.
Money moves through them like water through an open stream.
My touch feels generous. My palms remember the truth of always more.
My legs feel rooted and energized.
There’s presence here and a powerful loving stillness.
Every step is chosen. Every pause is perfect.
I move in rhythm with inspiration and alignment.
The path always appears. Aligned and paved with gold.
Even my face reflects it.
My jaw feels loose.
My brow smooths with ease.
A soft satisfied smile rises from deep inside because my body knows:
Money is always here. Abundance naturally surrounds me and I am free to relax.
And deep inside, through every breath and fiber a golden hum flows; soft, strong, unmistakable.
It tells me that I am fully supported. That I am free to live a wonderful life, present and rich.
