When I stand up, energy flows generously and strong.
My whole body feels supported from within and balance holds me in every step.
Power and comfort are naturally combined and I love how they enrich my days.
I can stretch, bend, and move easily and free.
My body is a wonder of genius perfection and I love how it supports every desire.
How it is always a cooperate part in all of my adventures.
Strength is simply here, a steady given, moving through me while leaving me confident and eager.
I experience wonderful harmony in the way my heart and breath work together to give me the best experience.
My growing vitality feels simple and strong, fueling my day with delight, playfulness and joy.
This precious body of mine feels safe, bright, and steady.
Like the most wonderful home it loves and embraces me and makes me feel totally at peace.
I am blessed. I live the joy of intense wellbeing so naturally, whole, and complete.
Life was never before this good and rich.
Deep appreciation and gratitude fills my being.
